Whether a development plan requires a one off bespoke house design, small high end development, large scale housing layouts. Low rise medium rise and high-rise are all Residential Development Planning types we have extensive experience in. We are able to help you control costs and boost sales revenue through design and development planning of any site. We have a lot of experience gaining approvals for difficult sites and in the green belt.
For high volume schemes of low rise buildings, 18,000 - 28,000 sq.ft/acre are at the upper end of the density of our schemes. Medium density 10,000 to 17,000 sq.ft/acre and low density up to 10,000 sq.ft/acre.
The result we have is a modern and efficient development plan that can more flexibly enable the development to meet the increasing demands and higher expectations over a wider range end user needs, that is proving popular with customers.

Resi Development Architects McNeil Beechey O'Neill Architects LLP, York, have been around since 1985, we started out with two founding partners John MCNeil and Terry Beechey. Originally from the York University Design Unit John & Terry are synonymous with having pioneered the rebuilding of communities in the 1970's and 80's. Having been published and sited as exemplar architects, there residential planning and developments stand the test of time to this day.

On the other side of our business we have going to be opening an independent Joint Venture Practice in Shanghai, China. Its a first for mbo architects, but not for our newest partner/director Keith Linch who already has extensive experience in the Asia pacific Region.
